           "After doing some research, I was introduced to Mt. Lincoln Construction. I was  hearing very good comments from the locals about them. I interviewed with their representative Rocco Rampino. He seemed very honest and accurate. He did not give me a sales pitch like most contractors give at the beginning of the job to try and win the client over. I liked it very much. The initial pricing was not the lowest but from previous experience; I knew if I went with the cheapest bid, I could end up paying for it later down the road.      
 
            This remodeling job was a complicated one, and I was not working with an architect or designer.  Fortunately because of Rocco’s experience and know-how, the project moved along nicely. His decisions and design ideas worked out great and made a very dramatic structural and cosmetic difference.

           There was a bump in the road when the tile subcontractor screwed up the bathroom tiles. Without any delays, Mt. Lincoln accepted responsibility for the subcontractor, purchased new tiles and put me with in contact with the best tile contractor in the sierra area named Willy G’s Tile. I ended up with a beautiful bathroom that I am very proud of. The total job was a success. I love my house and I am very thankful to Mt. Lincoln and Rocco who made it happen."
