Angora Fire Homeowners

Letter to Angora Fire Homeowners

Mt. Lincoln Construction is a full service contractor from design to finish.  We have teamed up with many subcontractors, architects and engineers, from Carson City to Placerville to ensure a speedy reconstruction process.  Our goal is to use as many local craftsmen as possible so that the economy of Lake Tahoe will continue to flourish.

If you lost your home to the fire, we are providing free estimates for you to help you through the insurance process.  We have lots of experience in fire loss, not only have we rebuilt many homes destroyed by fire, but my family and I lost a home and all of our possessions to a fire, and I know the agony that you are going through.

Although our home base is in Truckee, we opened an office across from Denny's next to Domino's pizza to better serve you.  Our friendly staff will guide you through this difficult process of rebuilding, and if you choose to use us as a builder, we will give you a competitive fixed price contract.

We have been licensed in California since 1991, we are members of the South Lake Tahoe and Truckee Chamber of Commerce, and also a member of the Contractors Association of Truckee Tahoe.  Most of the homes that we have built are in the high snow load subdivisions, and working through winter is not a problem for us.

We employ 20 local carpenters and we have a 7 person office staff with a co-op of subcontractors in every trade, which will insure your building process will go quickly and smoothly.  We are estimating for a 2400 sq. foot home a 6 to 8 month build time once the permits are approved.  Give us a call, and let us know what your needs are.
